Head of LiabilitiesProduct
Role
This leadership role is accountable for leading the Liabilities Product management businesses for the bank. (Currently USD 25 billion in Current Account portfolio and 2.8 million customer base)
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure growth in liabilities and fee income business volume from Retail current account holders.
• Generate new accounts and manage overall business relationships to ensure optimal profitability.
• Craft strategies to drive business and ensure same is followed to achieve optimal revenues.
• Research and build competition intelligence.
• Drive Market share growth; Volume of current account business and other deposits;
• Revenue growth; Monitoring performance against budget.;
• Develop product bundling for mass customer segments
• Debit cards management and EMV issuance
المهارات
• Relevant Retail banking experience, particularly in liabilities side of the business
• Product/service knowledge;
• Effective customer relationship management
• Marketing and sales skills
• Customer segmentation knowledge
• Product development knowledge/ skills
• Debit Cards management/ EMV implementation will be added advantage
