المقادير

1 رأس زهرة
3 حبة باذنجان
3 حبة بطاطس
5 كوب رز مصري (مثل صانويت أو أي نوع آخر)
2 حبة دجاج
بهارات مشكل (بهار الفلفل- دارسين-هيل-مسمار) بودر

التحضير
1. يسلق الدجاج ثم يضاف عليه شوية من البهارو
ينضج الدجاج ويحمر في الفرن.
2.اغسلي الخضروات ثم تفكك الزهرة لوردات منفصلة، ويقشر الباذنجان ويقطع شرائح طولية بعرض 1 سم ثم توضع الشرائح بماء مملح قليلاً، وتقشر البطاطا وتقطع شرائح عرضية
3. تقلى الزهرة ، البطاطا ،الباذنجان
4. توضع الخضروات في
القدر الطبخ
و اضاف فوقه الرز ويضاف مرقة سلق الدجاج للرز
ترتفع المرقة عن الرز
واتركي على نار بطىء ويغطى القدر ويترط حتى يستوي الرز،
5. و بعد ما يستوي الرز و
ينشف الماء عنه تطفأ النار ويترك القدر لمدة 10 دقائق يقلبي
ويقدم بعد تزينه بقطع الدجاج المحمر
والمكسرات المحمصة
